Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and well-organized Front Desk Executive to manage
the reception area and provide administrative support. The candidate will be the first point
of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience while
supporting smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees courteously
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Manage reception area and maintain visitor records
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
- Coordinate meeting rooms and refreshments
- Basic Excel work & Data Entry
- Vendor & Stationery Management
- Petty Cash handling & Admin Coordination
- Travel & Event Bookings
- Front Desk Communication in English
- Supporting smooth oƯice functioning and daily operations
- Maintain oƯice supplies inventory
- Assist HR/Admin team with documentation and coordination task
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in Front Desk / Reception / Admin roles preferred
- Freshers with good communication and computer skills may apply
