Preferred Candidate Description
- Diploma/Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering.
- Minimum 2 years experience required
- Certified training in AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
- Knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud or BIM 360 shall be added advantage.
- Good communication skills in Hindi/English/Gujarati.
- Ability to grasp new design concepts, work independently and support the team.
- Should be able to co-ordinate independently with other discipline teams.
- Professional attitude towards work and self-motivated to achieve deadlines.
Job Description
- AutoCAD 2D expert level working experience is must, Revit intermediate level working experience.
- Candidate should have prior experience in preparation of complex HVAC layouts, fire protection system layouts, and basic piping layouts for industrial facilities.
- Should be able to visualise conceptual layouts in 2D & 3D.
- Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks software for BIM modelling and walkthrough reviews, co-ordination and tagging.
- Mechanical detailing using Revit includes generation of 2D drawings and schedules of items extracted from Revit.
- Should have basic knowledge of ducting, duct sizing, tank and pump rooms sizing, industrial piping systems and piping components such as valves, fittings, flowmeters, etc.
- Should be able to identify structural, civil, piping, and electrical components in Revit and Navisworks for close co-ordination with other disciplines models.
- Experienced in managing model set-up, families and work set on Revit.
- Preparing 2D good for construction drawings from AutoCAD & Revit with typical details, sections along with BOQ/quantities.
