Qualifications:
ITI Draftsman / Diploma Mechanical
Experience of up to 11 to 15 years
Software Knowledge: Excel, Word & PowerPoint, AutoCAD, AutoCAD Plant 3D
Summary:
Responsible for independent execution and technical supervision of piping drawing & 3D model activities on industrial projects. The role involves layout, space planning, 3D modelling, drawing control, inter‑disciplinary coordination, and mentoring of junior designers and modellers while ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities/ Skills:
Develop piping layout and routing strategy
Review of detailing in accordance with provided inputs and other disciplines. Ensure to capture basic requirements of Operability, Safety, Constructability and Maintenance.
Create and manage 3D modelling along with PMS part
MTO extraction
Ensure drawings and models are accurate, consistent, and fully coordinated. Conduct clash detection and resolve interferences, implementation of internal & client comments.
Control the revision with ensuring right detailing.
Understand the stress report to develop the IBR isometrics.
