Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and solution-driven Technical Solutions & Product Manager to bridge the gap between engineering, product development, and business needs.
This role combines technical expertise with commercial acumen, focusing on understanding client requirements, designing customized solutions, and supporting the sales lifecycle from concept to closure. You will play a key role in driving solution strategy, client engagement, and product positioning in the market.
Qualifications
- 3–10 years of experience in technical sales, solutions engineering, or product management
- Experience in EPC / engineering consultancy / industrial solutions preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical Engineering
- MBA or certification in Product Management / Sales is an added advantage

Technical Solutions & Client Engagement
- Understand client requirements and translate them into tailored technical solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution walkthroughs
- Act as a technical consultant to clients, addressing queries and providing expert guidance

Sales & Business Support
- Support sales and business development teams in closing deals through technical expertise
- Prepare and respond to RFPs, tenders, and technical proposals
- Clearly communicate value propositions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Assist in pricing discussions with a focus on value-based selling
Product & Strategy
- Define and contribute to product / solution strategy aligned with market needs
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams for solution development
- Identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback
Execution & Coordination
- Ensure alignment between client expectations and project delivery
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely and quality execution
- Support installation, troubleshooting, and client onboarding when required
Additional Requirements
- Ability to translate technical concepts into value-driven communication
- Willingness to travel 30–60% for client meetings, demos, and site visits
